Fairhills Capital Management
Edward Bronson founded Fairhills Capital Management in 2002 for the purpose of advising small public companies on alternative forms of financing and co-investing in such deals. By 2006 Fairhills had a track record of arranging and investing proprietary capital through hundreds of deals, hitting the league tables as one of the most active investors in structured equity transactions, claiming a coveted "Top 10" ranking as presented by Dealflow Media.
Fairhills Group
In 2009, Fairhills Capital Management shifted focus to serve as a primary investment management firm for the Bronson family office operating under the Fairhills Group, acting exclusively to invest its own capital into public companies. As a result of the success of this strategy, Fairhills expanded investment activities into international markets, including Hong Kong, Germany, Australia and Israel. Fairhills has recently opened up its doors to qualified outside invstors through multiple investment vehicles and across a variety of strategies. In January of 2012, Fairhills Capital Management received its status as an investment adviser registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Committee.
