Edward Bronson
Mr. Bronson is the Founder and Senior Managing Member of Fairhills Capital Management, a firm founded in 2002 for the purpose of investing in and advising small public companies on all matters of financing. He oversees all high-level matters of relationship, firmwide and investment management. Under his leadership and specializing in the small and micro-cap sectors, Fairhills has participated in hundreds of financing transactions from its inception. Mr. Bronson has also completed multiple reverse mergers with a focus on business combinations. In addition to dozens of advisory assignments, Fairhills has itself financed thousands of transactions since 2002. Prior to his founding of Fairhills, Mr. Bronson started and sold two separate venture-backed private companies in the telecommunications sector. Investors included Argo Global Capital, CIBC, Trimaran Capital Partners, J.P. Morgan Ventures and Sprint.
Mr. Bronson graduated in 1988 from The George Washington University with a B.B.A. in Finance and from New York Law School in 1995 with J.D. in Law. He is admitted to practice Law in the State of New York.
