Timothy Doede

Principal, Investment Management

As Principal and Head of Investment Management, Mr. Doede leads the Investment Management team for Fairhills Capital Management, overseeing all aspects of capital deployment, including origination, structuring and realization of fund capital. With more than 10 years of experience in small company finance, he specializes in managing complex transactions and the quantitative assessment of liquidity and value. Prior to joining Fairhills, Mr. Doede was a Portfolio Manager for Sands Brothers Asset Management. While there, he managed, from inception in 2007, Genesis Merchant Partners, LP, an investment fund that provided a variety of investment and financing solutions for small public and private companies. In addition, Mr. Doede has held senior positions at Water Tower Capital and Chicago Partners.

Mr. Doede earned an M.B.A. in Analytical Finance in 1998 and an M.A. in Economics in 2000 from the University of Chicago and earned his B.A. in from the University of Southern California in 1995.
